Jack's 5th Birthday Party

The 5 year old on his birthday, Pawpaw and Granma Monica took us out for ice cream to celebrate!

Saturday we had a Ninjago/LEGO birthday party for Jack at his Pawpaws house. I bought a few kites as an after thought and they were the biggest hit!

Perfect kite flying day. :-)

Had some tired youngins afterwards, then we loaded them up with cake and ice cream and sent them out again!

Carl was happy to watch for a while, but refused to give up his kite...

Having a race, Jack took a lil tumble...

But he got right back up and raced back!

Jack picked out some Candy Blox candies, they're shaped like LEGO's and you can actually build with them before eating. He also made some LEGO brick and LEGO man crayons as well as Ninjago magnets for his guests.

Poor Dada, couldn't run and play with kites like he wanted.

 

Like kids to a present opening...

He got most excited about his new clothes. :-)
