Carl is telling Jack a knock knock joke. It's the same joke that Jack came up with and has been telling anyone who will listen all week. It goes as follows; Knock Knock, Who's there?, Dippy hands, Dippy hands who?, At Pawpaws house! AHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
